You can chek it reimporting the still to DVR, then right click on clip attributes on the source image on the media pool, and change data levels to "video", then "full". For the clips with filters, I can decompose in place no problem. Clips with speed changes will not decompose (menu item greyed out). Sometimes, I can force conform the clip from the Media Pool, and that will take care of the situation, sometimes when I try to do that, the clip on the timeline turns in to a still frame which is very odd.Ryan Atkins. Yea you’re right. I tried unselecting the GPU and it is still greyed out, leading Davinci to say that I need to select at least 1 GPU before closing preferences. I am on the free version. In the Stills panel right click on the still and export to your desired format. Resolve won't make the Dual Screen menus active unless it thinks there are really 2 screens, and it only does that check when the app is launched. Please send a screen shot of the Programs and Features control panel list of apps. If you have lots of apps, we want to see the D programs in the screen shot. nothing is wrong. you need to add an effect or a transition to the clip. the Inspector is where you change the settings for applied effects.
