I thought about utilizing the Throttle rocker axis on the T16000 as an 'alternate mode' selector for other options, but again DCS doesn't seem to like it since it is an axis. The documentation about exactly how to use it is lacking in detail, to be very kind. There is no base profile for DCS, but there is a profile named Lock_On_X5x. I don’t have a profile, but I’d recommend setting up the x-52 as close to the f-16 setup as possible. I’d save one button on the throttle or stick for left mouse click (programmed through dcs). This way when using the quest 2 once you hit the mouse key the cursor will show up and move to wherever your eyes go and allow you to click.
