I had a few SYOS Link inspired mouthpieces that I purchased at a good price, They were at best OK and not very inspirational to play. I was watching a video of Chad LB where he was using his SYOS signature mouthpiece and he sounded fabulous on it. 6) transpose and repeat; 7) record what you played and check for areas to improve. This sequence is quite similar to what a good singer would do. The Dolnet is just plain heavy to me, and the Ambassador is quite light despite its proportions. I'd like to know how much some of the pro (vintage and modern) horns weigh ....
