Your experience seems very typical of a very poor company. Which Justfly is, there's no doubt about that. The unfortunate thing is that too many people don't listen to warnings such as yours. Most of those reading this thread would never dream of using Justfly in the frist place, or any of their equally as bad or even worse competitors.

In doing a postmortem I looked at justfly's reviews page. They published glowing reviews from two companies : Feefo and Trustpilot. I investigated both of these companies. And the interesting part is that both of them have discussions about fake reviews on their websites and they accuse each other of being a perpetrators of fake reviews.
