Jan 16, 2015 · Those clear blue tests measure weeks from conception, not from lmp. So if yours says 4-5 weeks that should be right on the money. Though not sure how you found a test that went up to 4-5 weeks, every one I have seen maxes out at 3+ weeks! I am 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow and just had my first 3+ week result this morning!

Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period, if you have regular period this should be pretty accurate. Clear blue count from conception so if you are 1-2 weeks your actually 3-4 weeks pregnant. However, the tests are less accurate in predicting how far along you are, then giving a positive or negative result.
