I wouldn't normally use sturgian archers but if you're going 100% sturgian units I might try using some archers. With a proper captain, and banner they will probably still smash.

Fian Champions have the longest range, most damage and precision. Falxmen are the best infantry unit imo. Doesn't make much sense to let them run alongside shields, but if you have a bunch on their own, they can charge, fall-back, charge.
