Faint blue line on clearblue pregnancy test

The line in the control window isn't visible when first opening the foil wrapper, but it should appear within three minutes of testing. If it doesn't appear within ten minutes, the test hasn't worked. It could be because too little or too much urine was applied, the tip wasn't kept pointing downwards, or the test wasn't laid flat after testing.
