The sisters are an utterly normal Arts unit. Their damage isn’t horribly low, but it’s not especially high either. They have a fair number of consistency tools, but no ways to handle distinct CQ gimmicks and no hard survival tools. They feel very much like a gen-pool SSR—a nice spook, but not someone to target.
