I am not sure of the part number. I was in warranty so I called Rheem and they sent out a person who drained the tank and replaced the lower hearing element. It looked pretty corroded for being only 11 months old. I suggest calling/emailing Rheem and giving them your serial number to help identify the correct replacement part.
