There is forge in Forlorn Muskeg, one of The Long Dark’s most unforgiving zones due to its lack of indoor locations. We’ve highlighted it on the map below, but you’ll still have to run a gauntlet of danger to get there. If you’re coming from Mystery Lake, turn left once you enter the Forlorn Muskeg zone ...This map, I think, might deceive newer people into thinking that Pleasant Valley is about the same size as say Mystery Lake. In actuality it's rather large It will take you several in-game hours just to get from the Radio Tower, around the bottom of the map to the farmhouse, but it doesn't take long at all to get to the barn from the farmhouse ...Horror.
