Cramping 5dpo

I had normal pains during ovulation and DTD 2 days beforehand. Yesterday I had a kind of cramping in the middle. Today it's been both central and on the right, which is where my ovulation paid was. Absolutely terrified of having an ectopic pregnancy; my friend almost died from this. Thanks.
