With only 1 perk dropping from adepts, we were expecting 1 in 49 chance to get the roll we need to upgrade, ~2%. Instead, it is a 1 in 196, ~.51% chance of finding the roll you want. Keep in mind that you need the perfect roll to beat a crafted roll, as the whole point of an adept is being able to use adept mods.
