Altough the i dont think the slow stacks with warcry's. Roar will just make Hysteria nuke people harder.

Some Warframes do really need at least an augment work to perform well at higher levels, some needs even more than one. Pennant is NOT the worst 2h nikana, it's the worst for a combo build, for a heavy attack build it's top tier and by far the best 2h nikana. 32% cc and 2.4x multiplier with a very fast attack speed (affects heavy attack recovery) and you somehow call it the worst nikana LOL.
