I've cleaned the carb, airfilter, points, next I was planning on swapping plugs and checking compression. 8n 12v converted, in neutral it will get up to rpms but not smoothly. Put a load on it and it wont reach full rpm and chug then stall.It was updated to model TSX-241 and is a little better mechanically than the 33. Get a rebuild kit, Dennis Carpenter p/n 8N-9590-M which is a little more $$$ but will have more parts than the cheaper basic kit.
