We have a special place in our hearts for the owner-- a genuine, kind hearted, and fascinating person. He really cares about the food and experience. This goes double for the wait staff. Our meals at the County Grill and Smokehouse were delicious and portions were ample. I had the turkey and Gouda cheese sandwich, which melted in my mouth. I agree with everyone else—the warm potato salad is amazing. The collard greens were also wonderful. Not a single complaint. Great food. Great service.
