help with trane xb-13 not cooling. I came home today and noticed my second floor was 92 degrees. A/C was set at 78 when I left the house this am. Tried resetting thermostat, no difference. Looked outside and the heat pump for the second floor was not working. Breakers were not tripped but I reset them anyway.
