Season 8 was Charmed at its weakest. The cast didn't want to be there, the budget was slashed, and the network was against the show. Billie was all over the place. The build up to her betrayal didn't feel earned because TCOs did use her and the show doesn't resolve this. Rushing Phoebe and Paige into last minute marriages was tacky.Season 3 is when her character started to become problematic. Season 4 is when she started to become unlikable.
