It just depends what you want, there isn't really a best considering most farms in modded don't require manipulating mob spawns like in vanilla etc. I just build whatever I need near me in the overworld, the beyond or the mining dimension have plenty of empty space but being in a dimension you aren't in COULD cause problems depending on what it is.It's the GrongleGrowth biome from the Undergarden mod.
